RFQ step 1

Choose the manufacturing route

Equipment, bulk material, OEM/distributor program or a reverse-engineered part. Select the closest option; the technical route can be refined later.

RFQ step 2

Describe the production problem

State the part or output, material, current bottleneck, target capacity, operating site and the decision your team needs to make.

RFQ step 3

Define acceptance evidence

List the datasheet, sample measurement, material record, site document, FAT/SAT or market evidence needed for internal approval.

RFQ step 4

Keep the first message non-confidential

Do not attach controlled drawings, patient data, passwords or highly sensitive technical files until a separate transfer method is agreed.

RFQ step 5

Separate pilot and recurring demand

State sample quantity, first order, annual forecast, rollout sites and timing when known; MOQ and bulk pricing depend on the frozen configuration.

RFQ step 6

Identify the installation market

Country, voltage, frequency, utilities, language, import route, training and support expectations can change the recommended scope.

RFQ step 7

Request a named configuration

A useful response identifies manufacturer, model, revision, installed options, seller, warranty party, documents and open technical gaps.

RFQ step 8

Plan the validation sequence

Representative sample, inspection method, FAT, shipping release, site readiness, SAT, training and handover should have named owners.

RFQ step 9

Use direct company contacts

Email 3dprint@oem3dprinter.com or call 0086-0-13833124686. The public form sends directly from the website server; it does not open the visitor’s local email program.

Agree a controlled transfer method before sending sensitive technical files.

The first inquiry should contain only a non-confidential summary. Sharing permissions, recipients, file controls and confidentiality terms can then be confirmed for the actual project.
